Chemical or ducted exhaust fume hoods are designed to ventilate and remove chemical fumes through exterior ducting via the duct port. An optional fan system module with adjustable air speed can be ordered to increase the speed of fume exhaustion.
Cleatech Ducted Fume Hoods can be used in chemical laboratories and chemical processing applications that require fume extraction and exterior exhaust to remove potentially hazardous fumes. They provide high clearance and are available in a range of materials to meet requirements for chemical resistance, static control, and cleanliness.

Standard Features
- Available in a range of sizes from 18″ to 72″ wide. With a standard depth of 24″ and height 25″ excluding duct port or fan module.
- Wall and sash material options are polycarbonate, non-dissipative and static-dissipative PVC.
- A polypropylene worksurface that is resistant to common acids and corrosive agents.
- An optional stainless steel work surface cover with grounding terminal for static-dissipative fume hoods.
- Modular and economic system.
- Clear top panel to allow light into the work area.
- Two hinged access shields that increase airspeed by restricting the air flow.
- Can be shipped knocked-down or pre-assembled (turnkey).

Standard Options
- 6″ or 8″ OD Duct Port
- Optional Fan Module housed in polypropylene enclosure with a 6” or 8” duct port. The module has adjustable speed and features a 480 CFM backward curve impeller, 120VAC.

- Swing Vane Manometer – Air Velocity Meter
- Airflow Alarm Monitor with or without a touchscreen. Monitor provides full-time tracking or air velocities within the fume or exhaust system.
- Epoxy powder coated steel stand with leveling mount. Available in 30” and 35” height with an optional upgrade to casters (including two locking).
