Benchtop Vertical Laminar Flow Hoods – CleaBench™
Clean Bench ISO 5 (Class 100) Bench-top Vertical Laminar Flow Hoods with an air-recirculation plenum utilize HEPA filters that rate 99.99% efficient at removing 0.3 micron particulate airborne contamination to meet cleanliness requirements. The back plenum recirculates filtered air to reduce the percentage of dirty air within the work area.

Standard Features
- Portable laminar flow work-stations provides a space-saving design that can be positioned on nearly any bench or work surface.
- Available with an optional 304 stainless steel or polypropylene worksurface and epoxy powder coated steel stand. Stands can be ordered with caster and are available in 30″ and 35″height.
- Consists of an integrated Fan Filter module. Meets IEST recommended practices. low sound, low watts Measuring only 50 dBA. Running at only 240 watts @ 90 fpm 490 CFM @ 250 Watts
- Choice of HEPA: 99.99% efficient @ 0.3µm particles or ULPA: 99.999% efficient @ 0.12µm particles
- Minihelic gauge (0 – 3” Water Column) monitors pressure differential. When the limit is exceeded, the filter(s) should be replaced.
- Each model includes a tilt-up sash that increases airspeed by restricting the air flow
- Back Plenum on bench-top models provides air recirculation that reduces the percentage of dirty air passed through the filter. Overall, it extends the life of the filter.
