Cleatech’s Laminar Flow Storage Cabinets provide a particle free environment that meets Class 100 cleanroom standards for storing materials.
The unit is constructed of chemical-resistant polypropylene and can be ordered with either acrylic or static-dissipative PVC full height-height access door. The cabinet includes an integrated HEPA filter/blower module and a 12″ tall, epoxy powder coated steel stand.

Standard Features

- Six removable shelves with perforated holes to allow for air distribution throughout the cabinet
- The certified fan filter module meets IEST recommended practices in terms of low sound and energy consumption. At 90 FPM, 30” from the filter face, the sound level is measured at 50 dBA. At its highest speed, the module’s energy consumption is 340 watt.
- An option of HEPA filters that are rated 99.99% efficient at removing 0.3μm particles ULPA filters that are rated 99.999% efficient at removing 0.12μm particles.
Options
- Upgrade to casters for large capacity cabinets enhanced mobility. (two out of four with brake).
- Upgrade to ULPA filters that are 99.999% efficient at removing 0.12µm particles.
- Minihelic gauge (0 – 3″ Water Column) monitors pressure differential. When it exceeds the limit, it indicates the need to replace the filter(s).
